Our newest product line includes organic, small batch, artisan produced products that make it easier for you to eat local. We use locally-grown vegetables like cabbage, beets, radish and pickling cucumbers, when they’re in season and available. Our 3 flavors of Kraut add zing to sandwiches, salads, and sushi rolls and make great condiments and side dishes.

Naturally fermented in small batches, they’re probiotic — rich with beneficial enzymes and lactobacilli. The friendly lactobacilli are created in the fermenting process that transforms cabbage into sauerkraut. They aid digestion, increase vitamin levels, produce a variety of beneficial enzymes, and promote the growth of healthy flora throughout the digestive tract.
