Humboldt Kraut & Pickles
Our newest product line includes organic, small batch, artisan produced products that make it easier for you to eat local. We use locally-grown vegetables like cabbage, beets, and pickling cucumbers, when they’re in season and available, from G-Farm, Rain Frog Farm, and Willow Creek Farm.
We’re excited to begin this journey and will continue to develop and refine recipes, hopefully with lots of your feedback. Let us know what you think!
Krauts
Our 3 flavors of Kraut add zing to sandwiches, salads, and sushi rolls and make great condiments and side dishes.
Naturally fermented in small batches, they’re probiotic– rich with beneficial enzymes and lactobacilli. The friendly lactobacilli created in the fermenting process that transforms cabbage into sauerkraut aid digestion, increase vitamin levels, produce a variety of beneficial enzymes, and promote the growth of healthy flora throughout the digestive tract.
Original Green
Basic goodness…green cabbage and salt.
Purple Panacea
Deliciously and nutritiously deep purple, it’s made with red cabbage, carrots, beets, parsley, garlic and salt.
Supa Spice
Bursting with flavor, Supa Spice is green cabbage, carrots, beets, radishes, assorted peppers, garlic, ginger, and salt.

Crunchy dill pickles made with cucumbers from Blue Lake.
