Working under his expert direction, our 8 artisan tofu makers and 7 deli staff create our delicious, unique, high quality products.
Over the years hundreds of employees have learned about organic tofu making at the Tofu Shop. They have developed almost all of our products and artisan processes.
The Tofu Shop is located close to Humboldt State University (HSU) in Arcata, California. Many of our tofu makers are students putting themselves through school.
HSU students are known for their strong environmental and sustainability ethics, including the value of organically produced food.
