Tofu Shop is going gluten free!

Due to popular demand, we are transitioning to 100% gluten free. The gluten in some of our products comes from shoyu (a kind of soy sauce), and we’re in the process of switching to wheat-free tamari. Our first product to go gluten free is Smoked Tofu Spread (containers dated 7/1/10 or fresher).
